We have an extremely strong DAU and MAU online and mobile user base (80% outside of India) that has been built organically, without ANY advertising support or paid installations. The founders of G2W Inc. are Alok Kejriwal – serial entrepreneur and Mahesh Khambadkone, an online gaming specialist. Position: Mobile Games – Bounty Hunter Position Based in: Mumbai What do we want to do? Background: We believe that while a few games succeed on the app stores and get featured and ranked, there are several hundred other games that are inherently great games but have just not picked up. Reasons could include: –      Bad game logo / name / in-game screens. –      Broken code in the game that doesn’t let the consumer play it. –      Hobbyist developers have lost interest in their game due to lack of monetization. –      Zero promotions or advertising support, etc. Action Plan: We want a “Mobile Games Bounty Hunter” who spots low ranking / no ranking games across the android & iOs app stores (in the categories that we understand), downloads them, plays them, figures out what’s wrong with them and then proposes that games2win either buys the game or rejects it. Why Buy pre-existing games? Why not? Why build what you can buy? If we procure a great game, then Games2win takes over the game code, resurrects the game, refurbish the game assets and then relaunch it as a new game and MARKET AND PROMOTE it across its network. This will help games2win go quickly to market with new game assets without having to build them from scratch. What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

  • Play our popular games, learn about our network and asset strengths, rank scores and understand our ability to influence downloads and country ranks.
  • Trawl the app stores and keep playing games in the 300-400-500 – Lower ranks in the categories that interest us.
  • Be obeservant of hidden treasure! Find the Bounty in the debris and mark games for further evaluation.
  • Regularly present new exciting ‘bounty’ games to the g2w management and product managers with a supporting simple template that explains why we should acquire the game and the emperical justification for the same. You should be able to hard SELL bounty games to Product Managers within g2w.
  • Manage the process of acquistion if the game is approved by a Product Manager. Send out feelers mails to the developer, negotiate terms, secure game and then hand it over to the designated product manager for complete adoption.

Who could you be? Background and Experience

  • You should be an avid gamer that LOVES playing games on mobile phones. Addiction to BOTH Android and iOs platforms will be a great plus.
  • Have an analytical mind. Be able to understand ‘affinity’ and how games of particular genres and categories can be marketed by g2w.
  • Be able to present suggestions and be convincing in the pitch to the games2win product managers.

Qualification –      Some kind of degree that proves that you have studied & are educated. –      You must have industry references of living people. Who will you be reporting to? Vivek Manghnani – Product Head of Games2win.com Age & Experience 2+ years of mobile games addiction. Working in line with The games2win analytics team to understand the g2w network at all times. Remuneration As a practice, we have typically matched candidates with their existing salary packages and throw in lucrative performance incentives; and of course ESOPs.* *In the exit of mobile2win China to Disney, and when Nirvana Venture Funds invested into Games2win – the group has now a proven track record of demonstrating how valuable its company ESOPs can be. The idea is to make you take on a brand new role and then provide additional compensation on performance. If you can create financial viability of buying games and then making them work, then the sky is the limit for your progress. Note that we do not want people to join us just for a better salary. We don’t bribe people to join us. Instead, we want people to join us for the love of what we do and the opportunity to shine professionally!
