Role: Finance Manager
Location: Mumbai (Tardeo)
Experience required: 8-9 years of Experience
Reporting to: CEO
The Finance Manager will independently manage end-to-end finance operations across multiple entities (Games2win and Koimoi), including revenue accounting, foreign exchange reconciliation, payroll, statutory compliance, audit management, fund flow monitoring, and leadership-level personal accounting support. The role requires strong expertise in taxation, GST, export revenue compliance, payroll management, and financial finalization.
What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
- Manage end-to-end revenue closure and revenue billing for G2W and C2W entities.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely follow-up on collections.
- Reconcile export revenues, inward FIRC records, and forex data matching.
- Lead monthly financial closing, including provisions and preparation of financials.
- Prepare MIS reports and monthly fund flow statements for management review.
- Process and supervise monthly payroll, leave records, and salary payment files.
- Manage employee taxation, including declarations, tax computation, and TDS compliance.
- File quarterly and annual TDS returns (including Form 16A).
- Ensure timely statutory deductions (PF, PT, TDS) and challan payments.
- Oversee GST compliance, including GSTR-1 filings, annual returns, refund applications, and audit notices.
- Manage annual Income Tax filings, tax audits, and assessment proceedings.
- Review and approve vendor payments in accordance with defined payment cycles.
- Record vendor payments, utility expenses, and credit card transactions with proper documentation.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register, depreciation schedules, and asset insurance records.
- Support audit preparation, audit completion, and financial finalization (G2W & C2W).
- Oversee onboarding documentation, offer letters, consultancy contracts, and exit full & final settlements.
- Maintain and reconcile the personal accounts of promoters/leadership, including domestic and foreign holdings.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual tax computations for entities and individuals.
Who could you be? Background and Experience:
- 8-9 years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Proven experience managing multi-entity accounting environments.
- Strong expertise in GST, Income Tax, TDS, payroll, forex accounting, and audit compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, payroll software, Excel, and statutory portals.
- Experience handling export revenue and FIRC reconciliations.
- Strong coordination skills with auditors, consultants, banks, and leadership.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end finance operations.
Educational Qualifications:
B.Com (Mandatory)
M.Com (Preferred)
Certification in Taxation / Accounting (Added Advantage)
