It has come to our attention that the website www.Games2win.net is unlawfully displaying the Games2win name and brand identity without any authorization, permission, or association with us.

Games2win India Pvt. Ltd. hereby states, unequivocally:
- We have NO affiliation, partnership, or association of any kind with the website Games2win.net or any of its operators, owners, or promoters.
- The use of our brand name, or any visual identity by Games2win.net is entirely unauthorized and constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
- We would additionally also like to state that we do NOT operate, endorse, or support any gambling, betting, wagering, or real-money gaming platform of any nature.
- We discovered this misuse on March 22, 2026, and have immediately initiated legal proceedings to have our NAME removed and to seek appropriate remedies under applicable law, including filing complaints with the relevant domain registrar, hosting provider, and law enforcement authorities.
- We urge members of the public, our users, partners, and regulators not to assume that any website other than our official domains is owned, operated, or endorsed by Games2win India Pvt. Ltd. The unauthorized use of our brand by third parties is fraudulent, and any association drawn from such misuse is entirely false and misleading
