Role: Ad Monetization Manager

Based in: Mumbai

Reporting to: Head of Revenue.

Experience Required – Minimum 4 Years of Experience

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

  • Manage existing Ad Network relationships and accounts.
  • Project and grow revenue for the given products on mobile and web.
  • Know the process of ad implementation through SDK’s, Tags and API’s.
  • Work with ad networks and internal teams to run successful ad monetization strategies.
  • Manage, report, track & improve metrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Understand revenue trends of networks and suggest changes on apps, to increase revenue.
  • Reach out to potential ad network partners for monetization.

Who could you be? Background and Experience:

  • Familiarity with mobile ad networks such as Admob, MoPub, Facebook is a must.
  • Analytical mindset with good communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to work independently. 
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and function quickly in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
  • Should be proactive with the approach to suggestions, in order to better revenue.
  • Hands on experience towards configuring and managing ads through mediation tools for mobile and online. (MoPub, Ironsource, AdMob, DFP, etc)
  • Should have a keen interest in market research for ad monetization.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Diploma Degree holder in Science/Commerce fields or any other equivalent educational background, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the mobile advertising industry.
