Games2win (G2W) is the publisher of Parking Frenzy, the game with over 14 million downloads worldwide on iOS and Android. Parking Frenzy was also ranked #1 on the US iTunes Appstore.
Our other hit games include Turbo Cricket on the Android, and Super Mom and Best Friends Forever on the iOS. In total, we have developed and published over 40 mobile titles, across iOS, Android, Amazon and Kindle devices, touching more than 35 million downloads.
We are one of the fastest growing online gaming companies in the world and feature in the top 20 online gaming properties (USA and World) (comScore reports). Top tier investors such as Clearstone Venture Partners, Nirvana Venture Advisors & Saama Capital have funded G2W.
Background
We presently have 50 mobile game titles. We refresh about 80% of our titles with an update every 6 months. Each version, in turn, is ported to 6 platforms (iTouch/iPhone, Android Phone, Android Tablet, Amazon Tablet, and Windows Phone).
Each game also needs to integrate well with multiple 3rd party SDKs, from Flurry, MoPub, multiple ad SDKs, in-app purchases and other analytics software.
Finally, each game is put through a thorough game quality assurance process, before it is approved for publishing (followed by a post-launch QC checklist).
The above combinations are implemented by a team of highly talented individuals, both in-house and partners we engage with globally.
What We Need
All the processes required to arrive at a game release, starting from a game concept document, is home-grown.
We seek a partner having best-practices know-how of mobile game development, to review and understand our production processes, as well as the current pain points we have. Post doing so, we would like to receive a report on possible short-comings in our processes, recommendations to improve, or mistakes identified; each with a Why It Needs to Change, and How.
