The Managers comments (post receiving the form from the employee)
- Can you score your colleague’s work performance on a scale of 1-10
- How do you think your colleague can grow at Games2win? Please explain in terms of new roles, added responsibilities etc.
You believe that the employee will write his heart out in the space
“Pains and pleasures of working at Games2win” when he knows that this will go to his manager..
Such things should be in an anonymous forum.
Let appraisals only talk about how he wants to grow?

My 2 cents, lot of focus on what, and probably not enough emphasis on how part. You could also distribute weight age between what/how. Cheers
