Role: Online Customer Care / Response Executive (CRM)

Based in: Remote (We prefer candidates based in Mumbai)

Reporting to: Publishing Manager

Who do we need?

Games2win is a large global mobile publishing Company with over 500 million game downloads across the Android and iTunes platforms. We engage 1 million users a day, and many of them write back to us and publish game reviews and ratings on the app stores.

We need an Executive who can read these user reviews, reply to them, and inform Product Managers about the reviews.

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

  • Work with the Company’s Product Managers and carefully respond to consumer reviews on the app stores.  (Most responses involve templates to be reused).
  • Monitor game reviews and create simple sheets that track how consumers are rating and reviewing games.
  • Be the bridge to our product teams when consumers write in with their feedback or problems.
  • Delight consumers with proactive responses, so that they give us better ratings and reviews!
  • Fun Interactions with users on social media (includes replying to comments and messages)
  • Respond in a timely manner. This involves working on weekend shifts.

Who could you be? (Experience and Background)

  • Someone with a minimum of 2 year’s experience in Online Customer Service Management. (All responses are online only)
  • Proven ability and an absolute proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • The ability to complete tasks diligently and meet deadlines.
  • Well-versed and has experience using social media tools

Educational Qualification:

  • Any stream –  Bachelor’s degree or higher.
